Mine start at $500 for one person. That is a one-on-one directed session, three retouched high-resolution images, a full commercial license, and delivery within 48 hours.
I can only speak for my own pricing. What I can do is show you what that number covers and what to compare when you're looking at anyone else's, because the headline price rarely tells you what you're actually buying.
What the $500 includes
- A directed session. I tell you where to stand, how to angle your shoulders and when to relax your jaw. You don't need to know how to pose.
- Live review. Each frame appears on a large screen the moment it's shot, so you pick your favorites before you leave.
- Three retouched, high-resolution images. Clean and natural, not plastic.
- A full commercial license. LinkedIn, your firm's website, press, speaking bios.
- 48-hour delivery.
There are no add-on fees. The price is published because I'd rather you know it before you contact me than after.
Five things to compare before you book anyone
Two quotes that look similar can describe very different jobs. Ask about each of these:
- How many finished images you get. "A session" can mean one retouched file or a gallery you pay per image to unlock.
- Whether retouching is included. Some quotes cover the shoot only, with retouching billed per frame afterward.
- What the license lets you do. You want to use the photo on your website, in press and on LinkedIn without asking permission each time.
- How long delivery takes. If you need the photo for a launch, a speaking date or a new role, "a few weeks" is a real cost.
- Where it happens. A studio visit and an on-location session are different jobs. I do either: my studio in Deep Ellum, or I bring the full setup to your office.
What changes the price
For one person, the main variable is how many people you need photographed. A single executive session is $500. If you're doing the whole leadership team, a flat-rate day on-site is usually the better deal.
- Up to 10 people: $850 flat, about $85 each.
- Up to 25 people: $1,250 flat, as low as $50 each.
- Up to 60 people: $2,500 flat, as low as $42 each.

Is it worth it?
If your photo is part of how you win business, it's one of the cheapest parts of how you're seen. Your headshot is on your LinkedIn, your firm's site, conference bios and press for years. The cost spread over that time is small, and a photo you actually like is one you'll actually use.
